Returns policy


If you are unhappy with your purchase, or decide you don't want it, then you may return it for a replacement or refund. Please see below for more information about our returns, refunds and exchange policy.

If your purchase is received damaged, faulty or not as described then it can be returned for a full refund or a replacement providing that you make us aware of the issues within 7 working days from receiving your order. We will give you instructions regarding the refund/exchange process, including an approved delivery service for you to return your order. We will refund the cost of you returning the goods to us provided that you use the approved delivery service.

If your purchase is received as described, and not damaged or faulty, you may choose to return it for a refund or replacement provided that you contact us within 7 working days. We will then contact you with further information. Return postage and packaging will not be refunded.
